• Rich obtained his undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1970 with degrees in economics and education. Throughout his business career, Rich has successfully completed many post graduate classes and marketing seminars including those held at the prestigious Kellogg School of Management and Wharton Business School.
• Rich joined American Motors in 1972 as a member of the Sale Group where he quickly rose to the Director of Sales Operations prior to American Motors and Chrysler Corporation merging in 1987. While at Chrysler, Rich held several high level marketing positions where he lead several product launches such as the now popular Dodge Ram truck. Following the merger in 1998 of Chrysler and Daimler Benz, Rich became Marketing Director of Interactive Communications and Direct Marketing, a position he held until his retirement from DCX in 2004 after 32 enjoyable years in automotive marketing and sales.
• Rich has been active in community affairs serving as an elected member of the Hamburg Township Board of Trustees for 13 years where he worked to improve police and fire protection without additional taxes while developing a separate Board to address ongoing protection of the environment. Rich also was a founding member of SELCA, South Eastern Livingston County Athletic Association, an inter-governmental organization working to provide low cost youth athletic programs. Rich was also a youth basketball coach for nine years.
• Rich enjoys working on home improvement projects and has successfully remodeled several homes to make them more saleable. Rich enjoys helping others get their homes more saleable by assisting prospective home sellers with advice on how to cost effectively make their home show off its best selling attributes. Rich's knowledge of home improvement techniques and his creativity in cost efficient ways to improve a home's presentation is a distinctive advantage to prospective home sellers.
• Rich began his real estate career in 2005 and has been an active member of the WWOCAR Board of Realtors. He joined Professional One Real Estate in 2006 and specializes in Livingston and Washtenaw County Real Estate.
