is the Professional One Real Estate "Commission Sharing© Program?"
The Professional One Real Estate Commission Sharing© Program ("Commission
Sharing©") is a
concept developed by Professional One Real Estate which allows Realtors
to participate - directly, financially - in the commissions earned
by agents that they help to
recruit. There is no "catch," nor is there any fine print. The "Sponsor"
of a recruited agent receives a percentage of the net commission income
of every agent in their "genealogy," down a specific number of levels.

Why
do you offer Commission Sharing©?
We offer Commission Sharing© for a number of reasons. The more
significant of these reasons are as follows:
- To provide an alternative income stream during an agent's
remaining working years. In an industry where income
is usually earned sporadically, often in a "feast or famine" fashion,
Commission Sharing© provides a complementary flow of income that
helps agents maintain financial liquidity during the down times.
This creates an organic "financial diversification" for agents

participant's downline continue to sell real estate during the

When an agent benefits personally from the success of another
agent, it is only logical that the first agent will want the second
agent to succeed. This creates a natural "mentoring" environment,
which is atypical of most real estate brokerages
- To encourage agents to recruit other quality agents,
which is the lifeblood of any real estate company. This further
strengthens the culture, because when agents participate in recruiting,
they tend to recruit people they like, respect and trust. The
end product of this dynamic is the creation of a group of people
that like one another and that enjoy working together. Which is

- To reduce some of the burden of recruiting normally borne exclusively
by the broker, thereby allowing management to spend proportionately
more of its time training and assisting existing
agents (which we feel is a better use of our time)

have a vested financial interest in an organization - irrespective
of the nature of the business - they tend to do more, to care
more, to have a more optimistic perspective and to have a longer-term
view of things. All of this adds up to a happier, more positive
environment, which is precisely what we are after
- Because we recognize that this is the wave of the future
in real estate. Several large, national franchises are
using various forms of "profit sharing." We can see that these
companies are clearly on to something, simply by virtue of their
significant, rapid expansion. After studying these other programs
in detail for a number of years, we've come up with what we believe

per year, and each averages a commission rate of 3%. In this scenario,
you would earn $37,200 PER YEAR. Will you earn
this immediately? Of course not! It will take time to build your
genealogy, but this is a minimum level of "real" participation.
Let's see what happens when we add just ONE additional agent-per-level
of your genealogy…
- Illustration number two: You recruit just three additional Professional
One agents. Those three agents recruit just three additional Professional
One agents each, and so on, down to the maximum depth of your
"genealogy." All of the agents below you sell an average of $2M
per year, and each averages a commission rate of 3%. In this scenario,
you would earn $217,800 PER YEAR!
