Do You Have What it Takes?
Unlike most real estate companies, we have no desire to compromise our vision of professionalism and excellent just to become "huge" so that we can brag about the number of agents that we have. Training, Training and More Training
Most people
start selling real estate with no real knowledge or training beyond
a cursory review of a company-specific "standard" contract. We know
that's not enough - not even close. We provide what we believe to
be the most comprehensive, exhaustive training in the industry. Our
training consists of all of the following: regional, corporate training
sessions at least twelve times per year, one-on-one and small-group
training and mentoring, office-specific training which will be determined
by individual office brokers, and other training sessions conducted
by ancillary service providers (e.g., mortgage companies, title companies,
home inspectors, home warranty providers, etc.). Real estate is very
